Book your reservation!
Call us to book your reservation. Be sure to book well in advance as custom processing appointments fill up quickly. |
Drop off your animal and fill out your cut sheet!

Pick up your products!
Once your animal has been processed and cuts have been in the freezer for at least 24 hours, you will receive an invoice via email. You will be given 5 business days to pick up your products following this notification. NO SATURDAY PICKUPS! For each day outside of this you be assessed a $50 fee per animal. Products left at our facility for more than 30 days will become property of 307 Meat Company and will be donated to a local charity or sold for the cost of processing. |
Aging
Beef will hang for 14 days, for each additional week, it will be $33/carcass/day. Hogs, sheep and goats will hang for a minimum of 48-hours.
Packaging
All products will be vacuum packaged and packed in boxes that are easy to stack and travel-- no coolers are needed.
Pick-Up
You will receive an email once your products have been processed. Following this notification, you will have 5 business days to pick-up your products after which you will be assessed a storage fee per animal. NO SATURDAY PICK UP! Please plan accordingly so that you may get your products home and enjoy them as soon as possible. Products left at our facility for more than 30 days will become property of 307 Meat Company and will be donated to a local charity or sold for the cost of processing.
Beef
Please note, if your beef animal is over 30 months, cuts from the rib and loin are required to be boneless. If you are aware that your animal is close to, but not over 30 months of age and you would like bone-in loin cuts please provide a record of birth prior to slaughter.
USDA Inspected Processing Prices
Slaughter Fees: Fee is based on hot carcass weight and includes slaughter, processing, boxes, and waste disposal. Fee guarantees you at least 14 days for beef, bison, and yak, and 3 days for hogs, lambs, and goats of aging time in the carcass cooler. Carcass may hang longer due to weather, equipment breakdowns, workforce availability, etc.
